HALLIDAYS CHRISTMAS EXHIBITION
4th - 6th December 2009
 

Fabulous Fine Antiques – both traditional and decorative, Fine Art, Rugs and Carpets, Jewellery, Textiles, Ceramics and Decorative Items will all be on display in Hallidays’ 4000 square foot showrooms over the weekend of 4th to 6th December 2009.

To celebrate our 50th In-House Exhibition, Hallidays will be giving away vouchers to dine at Le Manoir aux Quat’ Saisons.
Visit the showrooms during the exhibition and enter the prize draw for a chance to win.

Among the Guest Exhibitors will be:

  • Cambridge Fine Art: established since 1971 and specialising in fine oil paintings from the period 1650-1930. They regularly exhibit at all major national antique fairs.

  • Mano Vayis: Mano Vayis: renowned internationally for his fascination eclectic style. Specialising in 17th, 18th and 19th century tapestries, needlework and cushions, as well as an interesting array of small decorative antiques and furniture.

  • Wooden Bygones: specialists in Treen and intriguing small decorative wooden items, such as Tunbridge Ware and Souvenir Woodward from the 18th and 19th centuries, many of which have been selected exclusively to sell at the exhibition.

  • Sophie Pattinson: a unique range of hand-embroidered bedcovers, cushions and throws featuring original designs by textile artist Sophie Pattinson. All are embroidered in Bangladesh as part of a Fair Trade income generating project to support women living in remote areas.

  • Farnham Antique Carpets: specialising for over 20 years in Antique and Decorative carpets, rugs and runners from all over the world. We are passionate about these works of art and strive to find the perfect piece for your interior – from small hearthside rugs to large drawing room carpets.

  • Nicola Jewellery: well known for creating unique jewellery from her innovative designs. In addition to her precious jewellery, for this event she has created an affordable range using unusual semi-precious stones and mouth-watering pearls..

  • Penny McBreen: Angels, Canada geese, feathers and large fluted garden sculptural pots are among the diverse pieces created by this ceramic artist.

The Exhibition is open from:

  6 pm - 9 pm Friday 4th December.
10 am - 6 pm Saturday 5th December.
11 am - 5 pm Sunday 6th December.
